I have decided to keep track of my monthly weight loss on a calendar! I will update at the end of each month, what I’ve lost! Last month, in January, I was hoping to get to 20, but at the end of the month, I splurged a little. (that’s in another blog) Keep on keepin’ on. So far as of 02.03.17, I am 18.5 pounds! Almost to that 20!
